There is a lot of dialogue between the characters - which in many books it’s pretty much drowned in descriptions and narrations in other books I have read. The writing skill is a typical Kiera Cass writing: quick and straight to the point. And… Well, obviously, she breaks this rule. However, one of the rules was to not fall for a human. She had to sing the siren song to attract people to the ocean, where the Water could feed on them. Since she really wanted to live, she accepted it, but then she realized how much of a burden and pain it was. She really wanted to live, so the Water saved her, but with one condition: she had to feed the Water for a century until she get her life back. The book pretty much talks about a girl called Kahlen that 80 years before she was about to die drowned in the sea. This post is about The Siren, written by one of my favorite authors: Kiera Cass. Hi, everyone! Yep, it’s been three weeks since my last review and all I have to say is that I am very sorry for the hiatus! I read a couple of books meanwhile but I would always forget to update this blog.
